Because most products we sell are digital or personalized, we generally do not issue refunds or accept returns unless otherwise noted. That being said, your satisfaction is always our goal. If a shipped product arrives at a quality less than your expectations, we want the chance to make it right. Please contact us and let us know.

Refund Policy

All digital goods are non-refundable. Please ensure a way to print your own items before purchasing. However, if you are unsatisfied or have concerns, made a duplicate purchase, or want to upgrade your order to print or a bundle, please message us. Printed and mailed curriculum/guides cannot be returned. Please read and make sure you’re happy with the program before making any purchases.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders via USPS 1-2x per week. We ship as orders as received and do not prioritize based on shipping method selected. All missing orders or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the order date.

T-Shirt Return Policy

If you receive a shirt that is printed incorrectly, has sewing errors, or is damaged in any way, we will get a replacement shirt to you ASAP. Please email contact us with images of the error or damage and do not discard the shirt.
